This stage is also used to discuss any questions or concerns the client may have and to establish a clear understanding of the project requirements.

Proposal and Solution Design

Solution Design

We design the solution based on the information gathered during the initial consultation and taking into consideration the client’s specific requirements and business goals. This includes creating detailed diagrams and flowcharts to represent the proposed solution.

Proposal Preparation

In this stage, we prepare a detailed proposal that outlines the solution, cost estimates, timelines and project plan. This includes a detailed description of the solution, diagrams, flowcharts, and mockups (if required) that help to visualize the proposed solution.

Proposal Presentation

We present the proposal to the client and discuss any questions or concerns they may have. We also work with the client to finalize the project scope, timelines, and budget.

Implementation and Ongoing Support
